you could always buy an LCD screen, and buy a standalone TV tuner. I have a Samsung DTB-H260F tuner and the picture quality is great. Just another thing to think about...

i have tv tuner, but since i am using windows 7 there is no driver for my tuner.
so now i would like to buy screen with built in tuner

Maybe check out the Samsung Syncmaster HD2333.
It's a 23" Full HD (1920x1080) capable monitor/TV.
It has DVI/VGA/HDMI/Scart/Analog TV inputs and you get a remote control.
The sound coming from it is pretty crappy though.
