Hi folks.
So i have 9800gtx+ and nvidia 8600 attached to intel x48 based mobo (http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2810), yes not in SLI. :(
I have couple monitors attached to 9800 wich i use to do my comp stuff but i have attached TV to the second gpu (nvidia 8600) DVI to HDMI. Some reason when tv is enabled and i try to play eve online (http://www.eveonline.com/) it drops the game fps to 30 it's feels like something is limiting it does not drop or get up just 30 all the time. What could do this fps limit? something to do with vsync maybe?

9800gtx is dated g80 so dont expect much on a game 3-4 years newer then your card.your 9800gtx can run 1024x768 somewhat decent but your tv runs at 1336x768,to hi a res period with no real firepower pushin it.run your game on a 19in+ regular pc moniter at 1024x768 on low-med settings and see....8600 is just horrible period.grab a gtx 260 for $150 and u will be set.sell both of those cards, now.

another option-
chuck the 8600 all together and just run the 9800gtx to your tv with NOTHING else attached or disabled to it and see how that runs.should be fine.
