Using msi after burner + amd gpu clock tool
i was browsing web pages after playing tf2 and all of the sudden started to get artifacts, i quickly lowered voltages + clock speeds, then I check msi afterburner monitoring program.

Im assuming its my card, but would like to know is there some problem with msi + amd gpu tool + win7 64bit? or what?
Edit: Now I think monitoring part of amd gpu tool + msi afterburner is causing that. I left it alone with just after burner on. then started amd gpu tool and start its monitoring. 10 seconds later boom 1.6 volts. I'm not going to try again to check! God I hope my card isn't damaged.
