I just woke up my pc (moved mouse while tft was sleeping) just to notice that the display was full of several rectangular shapes along some points of the display.

I restarted the computer thinking that there was some memory-neeeds flashing kind of thing (routine stuff) only to get bluescreened out.

I tested the TFT with my laptop and display is fine.

I have already:
Moved dvi ports around
blown on the pcix slot to move dust
tried with a vga cable

My specs are as follows:
MIIIF
i5 750
GTX 295
2 Teamgroup 1600mhz 1gb ram sticks

The pc was running fine watercooled for about 48 hours.

Guys you are my last hope before trying to rma the vga please help me to stay away from suicide (i think im going to set a WR on RMA's before i get done wigth this rig)

Thanks for before for even reading this

Try it on another PC if problem remains then its RMA time.

That's almost a guarantee of overheating/failed hardware, imho.

So the judgement is done, i need a new card. Since this card can still display and apparently RMA is out of question since i have bought it from ebay, can i use the card as a physx card or in quad sli? would it make any difference in prices and would it work

Thanks again, Costas
