After reading all the good news i've heard about chillers, ive decided to make one.
1. I have an old 5000BTU window A/C, would this work?

2. The pump I currently have is a swiftech MCP600, can this stand the lower temperatures?

3. What temperatures can I expect to get with a 102w barton, a 9800pro, and Northbridge cooled?

4. Im under the impression that I need to insulate the tubing (im using clearflex right now), how can I do so? (if i dont need to insulate the tubing please tell me).

I would greatly appreciate any info I can get.

yes you use pipe insulation. You know the kind that opens up than closes over the pipe and sticks together sometimes. And you also have to insulate your blocks with neoprene or pipe wrap insulation. I like pipewrap insulation as its stickey, easy to work with and home depot sells it cheap.
