Enable 2D Mode with AMD GPU Clock (5850/5870)

Hi everyone,

I've been using the MSI Afterburner Voltage Fix and AMD GPU Clock Utility to overclock my 5850.

The thing is with AMD GPU Clock, it puts the card at it's 3D State clocks, which I don't want when I'm browsing or even doing nothing, is there anyway to enable 2D Clocks when the card isn't in use?
