This is what I am currently using on the GF FX 5700U and managing to get 20K in 3dmark with it.

(1024x768 picture, about 120K )

I did have the Papst 6212N fan on top of the Zalman 7000 but that did not cool the video card enopugh so now it is pointing from an angle. The Papst is really good as at that angle it cools video card, ram, and cpu. If it falls over though I am in trouble :).

That's a ThermalRight SK7 on the 5700U, temps went down from 33C idle on the card to 22C ! Not bad at all considering it is now "passive".

I really rate the Papst 6212N fan for case cooling, chucks out 206cfm and really blows a gale.

Regards

Andy

I also like how how you "secured" your router to that pole with duck tape.

Classy.

I'd have to remove the stuff from my wifes mouth do that and that just ain't worth it ;) :D

I got pulled over by the police at 115mph on the M40 once with my rear bumper held on by duct tape .. they were not impressed, said it could have flown off at that speed .. little do they know the power of duct tape !

I use it for practically everything.

Y bother with air tho?

That'd be as good as watercooling?

If you can stand the noise when it's at full speed, i tried it at 24V and it's was way too noisy (a push pull on a big ass heatercore :D)
@12V that thing is pretty quiet and it still moves a lot of air, it's def the best fan i've used
