My system spec:
Asus R2E (bios 1406)
i7 940 (O.C 3.2ghz)
Cosair Dom 3 x 1600mhz kit
WD veloc 300gb
Gtx 295 x 2 (190.62)
cosair 1000w psu
Win Vista vista

the problem are, when i enable Quad SLI mode, and play Farcry2 i notice there is some flicking on my screen, and if i disable it, i won't have that problem.

when you install 2 card in the system, did u get all led on the card light up, or just 3 light up (2 green and 1 blue)

i got high benchmark when i first got my 2 cards, but after some updates and add water cooling for 2 cards and the cpu i got lower benchmark. Take The Last Remnant benchmark, i got 206 fps avg in the first time, while i get 108 fps avg now.

i hope someone can help me out with this. will provide more info if needed.

welcome to xs :toast:

check each card invididually and make sure they arent damaged or overheating.
use rivatuner to check temps in idle and 3d, and check performance of both cards... could be that one gpu isnt making good contact with the waterblock or was damaged...
also make sure the sli bridge makes good contact and reinstall the vga drivers...
uninstall, reboot, fresh install, reboot :)

is it normal to have only 3 LED light up on the 2 cards or should it be 4 LED light up?

I had a similar problem, and it was 100% driver related. If you have the time and patience, try DriverCleaner after a bunch of different driver releases. Guru3D has a nice interface for finding older drivers. Good luck.
