If I'm looking at one model of card, I'll choose whichever company offers the lowest price at the time. Warranty terms are not an issue for me, as I upgrade my GPU at least once a year anyways.

I picked other, but it's really any brand other than evga because of their lies and pitiful customer service.

evga cause they dont care about removing the stock heatsink as long as you dont damage the card it self.

i have seen that a lot of people are dissatisfied with certain manufacturers. you could just pick the brand you have had the most success with whether it be the card itself or the customer support or warranty.

XFX always had a good experience with them no point changing.

Im going to go with XFX, they offer a very good double lifetime warranty and they have good reliable cards at decent prices

Toss up between EVGA and XFX. Both are great RMA service and one or the other is usually the cheapest. But I'd gladly pay a few more bucks for XFX/EVGA over other brands.

EVGA for me, followed close by XFX for reasons previously stated in other posts. Additionally, I really like how EVGA has developed itself in the industry.

Zotac is just a name PC Partner conjured up to make nVidia products, other than that, not one of those companies manufacture a graphics card.

So my choice goes to PC Partner for Sapphire lol. High quality.

XFX by preference, but only if the price difference isn't huge. And never any pre-OC'd cards, unless there's some other compelling reason (ie. better cooler) to get them.

As I'm in Australia, the usual arguments about modding, warranties, customer support etc really aren't relevant - we always get the short end of the stick here, never get the advance RMA policies, double-lifetime whatsits, telephone service etc, so my XFX preference for nVidia cards is based purely on anecdotal experience.

I've been getting mostly Evga cards lately, they have all been great... Their warranty and step-up program is a good. XFX is definitely a close competitor to Evga.

Haven't had any probs with my BFG Tech cards. Lifetime warranty. Only thing I dislike about BFG Tech is they discourage overclocking (based on e-mails I've received from tech support), unlike EVGA who encourages it (example, distributing apps such as EVGA Precision and EVGA GPU Voltage Tuner (even though GVT is flippin' proprietary!).

none of them really has the looks/specs/price combo id prefer
most of them are identical and just slap diferent stickers on the cards unfortunately...

msi, giga, asus and evga at least make somewhat custom designs, so id probably go for a card from them

or id go for price, in which case i wouldnt care about the brand at all...

I'd say MSI in most cases, to be honest.

ELSA and Gainward used to be the leading NVIDIA force in its days. Today i'd prefer something from EVGA, BFG or XFX. ASUS and Gigabyte are also an option.

Gainward for me first off, but I never discount EVGA or XFX, I just prefer the GS GLH cards for some reason.

Really, so that doesn't void the warranty or anything... cool.

i loved both elsa and gainward... gainward was better though, they had red pcb cards! :D
they also went for very fast memory and did some really good binning...

can't say that I have any brand loyalty since I'd buy the one with the best price/performance/warranty (in that order..) but I'd limit my selection to the three brands topping the list here. Customer service/support is a key factor for me as well.

As far as manufacturer? I only have experience with 3dfx (woot, old school)
ATI and EVGA. Only had to RMA with EVGA and they were top notch, not a single issue observed or noticed. I however am going back to AMD/ATI thus looking at various opinions on the makers of AMD cards.

Since turning to EVGA, I have never looked back or to another manufacturer for my nvidia cards.

Voted for "other". I have used cards from Hercules/Gainward/Club3D and never had any from them RMA'd

EVGA for sure, my number one choice hands down. followed by XFX. but for sure i would take an EVGA card every time. now i just have to figure out how to get a warranty as a second owner of my gtx 295....

XFX or EVGA.
XFX is much better than before, and the looks are just awesome.
EVGA iwill always be EVGA. And the new Classified series is just n1.
