Checksum error

Just got my IS7 and after putting everything together, I boot the system and I got this msg:

CMOS checksum error - Default loaded

Then I go to the BIOS, load Optimized defaults, F10, system restarts and...boom:

BIOS ROM - Checksum error

It asks for a diskette, I insert it with BIOS 17, it flashes the BIOS and the thing repeats again as described above.

Defective board? Time for RMA?

Never mind. I think it was my mem. It works fine now.
