Not only enables users to hard mod Multiplier bridges when mobo/bios are not equipped to reset default settings, but also enables users to decode and correct just the specific L1 closing mod failure/s when unexpected results occur. Simple basics users need to know to relate any resultant Multiplier to actual bridge settings,
deliberate or accidental.
