Got an e' and verified by logging into my account. Newegg shipped my H3 ODST today which is a great surprise. Did NE just make a boo-boo? Nice.
UPDATE: Expected delivery 9-14-09, can't wait to see what actually comes in the box.

try it. I googled the situation yesterday and a thread at gamespot came up with someone else getting the e'. I'll take a pic if it actually is the game.

True enough CandymanCan, better make it quick before Bungie or MS corrects them, but I bet since no more orders are taken over the weekend, the jig will be up by Monday.

EDIT: lol, I just looked at my gamertag on xbox.com and it shows "No Gamerscore" and "No Achievements" for it, but does show 17 of 47 for 260 on the game summary page. It would be funny if MS did this on purpose so the chieve date wouldn't show before 9/22. I guess I'll find out on 9/22.
EDIT 2: Nothing better to do, so I'll let it hang out ;)

no Microsoft isnt banning people that have a legit copy. I also got a copy from newegg and it is playing fine. I can see all my achievements listed too so I dont know what is up with your xbox Rayder.

I wasn't worried about any banning nonsense. Do you see your chieve's listed on xbox.com like it would be for my pics? They show within the game on xbox, but not xbox.com.
@ MaByBoI I liked the short SP campaign. It is very story driven and I followed it on Normal, but skipped all the cutscenes for Legendary. As you know, but for the others; you start as a "Rookie" ODST and you search a large, mostly dark city looking for equipment previous (MIA) ODST's have used and replay the recordings. Then you play out these recordings. So you have combat moving around the city and various style combats as other ODST's. There are some places in the city where you can avoid combat.
It's all about Firefight for me and the campaign was just bonus along with all the MP maps as I never bought any for Halo 3.

see the issue is that i found the way you had to walk around the city too confusing, whereas in the halo series, there was a direct line to follow, whereas in the city its scattered with no real help... i played it at my friends place for like 5 mins... and then went to play firefight lol

I hear ya as it did take some getting used to, but this is a prime example of a developers damned if you do, damned if you don't. Some people complain about the linear "hallway" direction of a FPS while others want that for "run and gun" play. This time they wanted you to have options while still having to follow the main plan, and the options are there. One doesn't have to kill every enemy in the city while searching for the clues, but whether you go left, right or through buildings, you will still wind up at the designated door to get to the next section.
There was actually plenty of help, I just don't think the story held your interest to check the intel, map, use nav points, etc. which is fine because a game only needs to be fun, it doesn't have to be fun the way the developer planned it.
Firefight is def what this game is all about though.
