Scythe Orochi for my Phenom II B50(unlocked to quad) question

Hi all.sorry about my bad english.right now i have Xigmatek HDT1283 and i want to know is it worthy to replace that cooler with Scythe Orochi??i have Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P motherboard and i am afraid that motherboard will bend over because of his weight and that cooler will fall on my HD4770:ROTF:....I also put screws tight on all places of motherboard.and i have intension to put two 140 mm fans on scythe orochi on each side(not on the top)
