Should this MB recognize my NW2.26 or do i need a bios update.All i get on boot is beeps like a european ambulance. Ram is 2 sticks of ECC samsung 128

If it is a new board, chances are you need a bios update..
You may need to get a Williamette CPU in the board to update the bios..if you don't have one or have no friends with one, I suggest taking the board to your local shop and ask them to do it for you.

There are several bio's there for the TH7II, but I recommend the latest 7F.
