I want to know which 4890 is the best to buy. I understand that the dx11 cards are coming out but I dont want to spend too much money. I hear that the prices for 4800 series are going to drop so I figured it would be alot cheaper.

so long as its reference it dosnt matter, i would prefer the xfx xxx since it has a black pcb but anything will work

I like the Toxic Vapor-X but they're virtually impossible to find anymore.

+1, They pretty much all just copy the gpu manufacturer's design. Buy a factory OCed card if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself.

It looks nice. But are there any special features. Does it overclock well. Can I water cool it. ( Asking because the pcb layout may be different. )

So far the things looks good and the EK water block will most likely fit as soon as I take a dremel to it. I'll let you know about OC'ing once I get the pair installed.
