I did a quick search of the forum for 4870x2 dip switch and came up empty. Anyone know what the purpose of the two small dip switches on the back of 4870x2's do? One is marked ke I believe and the other on/off. Here's a pic to explain what I mean.

I'm not 100% sure, but AFAIR it's for switching the "TV Out" mode ( PAL / NTSC )

I have testet any x2īs and bios writing and study technicals and the dipīs are for engeneering sample mode and for make the card compatible with some moboīs they donīt support dual cards ;)

...at this time i search for a hard mod to activate the sideport :D

Let me know if you find it lol. Always seemed like such a great idea the sideport and having the cards crossfire through each other as opposed to the motherboard. I was kind of hoping the switches had something to do with the sideport haha.
