View Full Version : PowerColor RMA in Europe? Am I blind?!

Hiya. Was going to RMA a HD4870X2 but surprise I can't find it ANYWHERE where I can RMA it inside of Europe, unless ofcouse I speak a language which isn't english :shakes:

This is seriously frustrating can anyone give me the god damn link for someone speaking english within Europe to file a stupid RMA?

Why not RMA it via the shop from where you bought it?

Yeah I filed in a contact form instead, and hopefully that will do...

I thought their RMA's were dealt with in Holland?
(yes I agree that this is not an English speaking country, however it is in Europe :) )
ViewSonic did RMA's back in Germany, I was most impressed with how they handled my RMA back in the day when I had a VP191B. They shipped out a new one from Germany, AND swapped it on the door with my faulty one, the whole process took no more than 3 days.
I expect the same level of quality from all companies....sadly BFG, let me down :(
I hope your PowerColour RMA goes well :)

Thanks, sent it on Wednesday so expecting an answear next week atleast...

Sent it via the contact form so hopefully they won't make a big deal out of that.
