Okay, I've dealt with this problem for about ~3 months now. I have had the card for just a little longer than that and I can't remember a day or two that this doesn't happen.

I play a lot of games, but I'm competitive in CoD4. Almost every game I have played/installed on my computer, this has happened to (Grid, Fallout3, Cod4, TF2, CoD:WAW, CS:S, and many others.)

I've had people tell me it's my drivers, my psu, or my card. I've narrowed it down to not being my drivers. I've updated to the very most recent, and I've gone back to the ones that came with my card. My PSU is and Antec 500W neo power, and I've had it for about 3-4 years (I know, it's time for a new one). The rest of my rig is in my signature. I'm pretty sure 500W is plenty. It also did this before I overclocked, and it does it afterwards.

I'm posting this thread to narrow it down to one thing, and one thing only. So please help, if you have anything else you need to know just ask, and I will gladly answer.
