Hey guys,

I just finished airing out, getting rid of the smoke smell from my radiator (GTX 480) when I noticed these small imperfections. Should they be any cause for concern? Is there any way I can fix them? Thanks.

I wouldn't worry too much about it if they aren't visibly leaking or anything.

Just try to get them back in shape by using a small screwdriver and/or needle pliers. Test if it's watertight (looks like it is) and you're ok.

If you got it like that from where you bought it i would return it immidiately.

You will be fine and will not notice any difference. Bury under a fan and your good to go!

Won't hurt at all. Try to straighten them out if you like, with how few are bent it won't bother performance one bit.

I wouldnt worry, i have two themrochill PA 120.3's, when they arrived they had a few fins de-formed, it wont make a noticeable difference to performance, personally leave them alone, if you try bending them back and it goes wrong your rad is :banana::banana::banana:ed!

Thanks for the reassurance, guys! This is my first experience with a high fpi radiator so I guess because of the high fpi, the fins would be more fragile than the MCR320 that I have mercilessly beat up on.

OT: Any updates on that build, exemay? I've loved every bit of your project so far. :)
