I'm going to have a 90 coming out of the GPU that points to the back of the case where it will hit another 90 that goes down. The fittings I have a question about are the two after the 90's. First will be a fitting mid way down that will be keeping the tube going straight and keeping it from looking like the tube is too long. What kind of fitting should I use for this? It will be held in place by some sort of extended bracket. The second is going to be the pass through for the midplate so I want to know what is best to do this with and how its usually mounted to the plate.

Here's a rough picture of what I'm talking about.

/bump and an update.

Does anyone know of any male-male barb fittings with space between them like this?

Not that exact design but something of similar concept. Oh and not an adapter as I want it to be 3/8" tube on both sides.

I saw one of those barb to barb fittings in brass at the local Lowe's hardware store. They had them for 1/2" ID tubing, 3/4" hose and some other sizes as well.

These will let you connect two fitting together (may need spacers if using long-threaded fittings, I'm not sure):

Or, you might use a T block like this, and have the third thread to mount your bracket with:

Use this for going through the midplate. Threading for barbs on both sides plus rings to secure it to the panel:
