Do these work together? I mean baring the exception of thermochill's screw size will something like this (http://www.jab-tech.com/4-Pack-Anti-Vibration-Fan-Mounts-Open-Corners-pr-3270.html) work on my swifty or say an xpsc/tfc rad?

I've tried on my XSPC - It works but it's fiddly (You'll need a pair of curved tweezers) and sharp sections of thread will tear the rubber mounts. I gave up after losing about 6 or so mounts.

Sorry about the poor photo:

EDIT:
The ones you linked to probably won't work - theyre far too stiff and inflexible, require pulling through from the side which you don't have access to on a rad, and the tabs for pulling them through will be blocked by your core.

I used this type - http://www.coolerguys.com/840556026143.html. Random link but I bought mine off ebay.

if you're fastening your fans tight enough onto your radiator i dont think you should be hearing any vibration.

IMO they reall arent necessary on rads, unless you have some really unbalanced fans.

The reason that fans make vibrational noise is usually because they are attached to sheetmetal, which has relatively low mass and high resonance. A radiator filled with water has comparatively very high mass, and almost no resonance. The radiator itself acts as a vibration dampener.

If you really want something to absorb the vibration, why not use some gaskets like these: http://www.petrastechshop.com/12sovida.html

I'd be careful with gaskets like those above; I tried using them on my system, but they push the fans too far apart so that they don't line up well with the holes on the radiator/holes on the case.

If by pads you mean gaskets, then you don't need both - a gasket is more than sufficient.

well im not too worried about the noise factor but ever since i came accross some pushpins for a few fans i've been wanting something like that for everything just for an easier/quicker pulling fans off to clean them and rads
