why would u want a pos g92, the 4850m beats it and its already out by 20%+. and on a laptop u dont oc the cpu u underclock/volt the cpu so u can properly clock the gpu (goes for NV and ati).

buy the model with the lowest amount of memory and upgrade yourself. OEMs will charge like $50 for another gig

I don't know what the newer models are like but with the gaming laptops from MSI (the G series,) you invalidate the warranty if you so much as open the case.

They claim this is because all the components have been fully stress tested to work with the overclocking settings. So upgrading is a bit problematic.

its too big...thats a powerful 15 inch laptop....thats why i posted it....it is one of the best buys for a 15 inch.....most people buy laptops not as desktop replacements but for mobility....that gt628 is smaller and lighter uses less battery and is just as powerful in a smaller more energy effecient form factor....and the GT628 in my case and most other users is better

Gator, I have the predecessor of this notebook (GX620), and it's a very good notebook for the money. However, most find the keyboard's layout awkward and the keys having a 'springy' feel to them.

This is one of the few notebooks on the market that has a MXM slot, along with its 17" GT700 and EX600 brethren.
