Is there a way I can just clean everything off my current Mac OSX install (10.5) back to OEM as if I did a fresh install??

First of all not many Mac users here. Anyway sounds like what you are asking for is something like a restore point and I don't think Time Machine has that functionality. I think doing an actual clean install is your only option.

Yeah good luck. What Wrigley said sounds like you need clean install and next time be a little more patient and cool down.

Also I thought Macs where perfect WTF???? LOL

Hi

Use Timemachine, if you made a restore point from the begin of using your mac. when you have this restore its the same like a clean install but a lot faster ...^^i will do this when snow leopard is out !

Just wipe it & start fresh. It'll be worth the hour or so to do but it will be nice & clean. I do this about 1-4x a year depending on stuff, but I also have everything that's not an app on a file server, & my settings & stuff recorded so it doesn't take more than a day to have everything back, but a little cleaner.
