Hi

I've been looking (in the UK) for angled connectors (barb or compression) to fit the G3/8 or 3/8" BSPP thread on the Thermochill PA120.3 rad. I want 3/8" ID x 1/2"OD. Been looking for an hour now and i'm really struggling to find any.

Anyone any ideas where to get them?

you need to use g3/8"-g1/4" adapters and then just standard angled connectors of your choice.

These are the adapters (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/bishsig38tog.html) that S_D is referring to.

Just in case you were uncertain. ;) i don't know where to find them in the UK as i am stateside. :( Sidewinders does ship there though :)

Hi maybe this is what your looking for, I bought a few of these from a firm in Oldham lancashire but I cant remember what they are called, They sell air and hydraulic fittings, It cost about £3.75 for the 3/8 right angle and the 3/8 to g1/4 reducer insert. I will have a look for there phone number on my way to work. I didnt need the insert I just put the Thermochill barbs into the right angle.

G3/8 -> G1/4 coupler...

Then use a G1/4 right angle like so:

yours wouldnt be that long, i needed to extended mine by adding more G1/4 -> G1/4 couplers.

Another Example :P

This is box of useful left over fittings. I pull this box when i need to modify systems.

When i rebuild entire new systems i always buy new fittings.

Here is the phone number for the UK fitting's seller in Oldham 0161 620 5107
I would think the easy option is to purchase the 3/8 to G1/4 sleave then just use any other WC fittings as required

This would probably be your best G3/8" to G1/4" option considering where you are.

With that, you can use any G1/4" fitting you need to the rad.

If you want them in the UK, here you go: http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=64_73&products_id=544

"This reducer will basically turn the Thermochill radiators into a G1/4" compatible radiator so you can use your favourite G1/4" barbs such as EK,DTEK and Dangerden on the Thermochill radiators.
The G1/4" thread will be fine with any of the O-ring barbs we stock"

Shown here with a DTEK 1/2" Barb (not included with the reducer) :-
