Forza 3 was announced this morning at E3. Release date is planned for October. Personally, I can't wait. The graphics are greatly improved. All cars now have interior views. Rumours are going around the Circuit de la Sarthe (Le Mans) will be in it. Sprint races are back. Cars can now roll over (I guess they figured something out with the manufacturers that their cars doing that). Race tracks are now being accompanied by road courses (I miss Fujimi Kaido from Forza 1). Also, aside from plain circuit races, it will have sprint, drag, oval, and drift events. Can't wait!

So it is, I didn't see that anywhere after the original rumours a few months back. I'm also interested to see how that would be implemented. It's not like they will ask you to swap disks every time you choose a car or track in a different region of the world. Maybe a force install onto the hard drive? That's surely not going to be appreciated by 360 Arcade owners.

What's going to happen is that you install the second disc to the hard drive and play off the first. That way you can still access all the content that you couldn't otherwise. And yes, Arcade owners are left to bite the bullet and get a hard drive if they want to play any content on the second disc.

Looking forward to this one. I love racing games on the 360. Thanks for the heads up.

I wonder how it fares against project gotham racing 2 on xbox, so far it's the game I like the most.

well given that PGR 2 was and is an old title and even PGR 3 is now old, i doubt that there is going to be much comparison.

SO I went into GameStop today to preorder the limited collector's edition.

"We're sorry, we don't have it in our systems. Try again six weeks before release."

WTF?
