What XP Pro updates NOT to install?

Well, i used to know of a few certain Windows XP updates NOT to install, but have since forgotten them. So if you know of an update that does more harm than good, post it here! I know there is a few of them that just plain out make things go ssslllooowww! Thanks!

I think sp1 is crap.

I don't. I installed it when it came out then imediately formatted.

But I'm sure there a plenty of people that don't have a problem with it.
