I need Red or white LED fans preferably with a clear body. I have researched this numerous times, and the best fans seemed to be the Zalman LED's but I cannot find those anywhere in the US.

I also read the SilenX fans are awful for this application and in general...

But other than the 40db rating on these:

Would they make decent push/pull fans for a PA120.3?

The Yate Loon Clear with Red LEDs linked above from Petra's work fine on radiators, as long as you are okay with using lower speed fans. Which radiator are you using?

Thermochill 120.3

38cfm really does not seem high enough?

This is just cooling a i7 currently.

Should work fine on a PA 120.3 for just your CPU. I run low speed Yate Loons on the same setup (although C0 stepping for the 920) with no issues (and typically run them at 70%). Temps at load are in the 50s with Vcore at 1.26 / 3.6GHz for 24/7.

The YLs are low enough cost, that you can try them and then change out later if you want more fan power.

for the pa120.3, i'd suggest the YL M's instead of L's...

The L's work fine with the PA120.3. M's would be nice, as you would have more flexibility wrt fan speed. Unfortunately, I've not seen the RED Yate Loons in anything but "L" speed - and even those aren't always in stock.

Don't see why not. Lot's of people like the Zalmans.

Do you know where one could acquire these in the US?

Also, I stumbled across these Thermaltakes

They appear powerful and quiet on paper.
Although they look a little more pink than the Yates

Watch Performance PC's for the red LED Zalmans. They have had them in stock, but it's very hit-or-miss and more likely not in stock....I stumbled across them by accident while browing there. I bought a pair of them from Perf. PC's about 6 months ago. But, there is a huge caveat about the Zalman F3's.....remember they're sleeve bearing fans. And, as such, they're much more subject to wearing out vs. ball or fluid bearing fans. I've had 3 of the plain F3's and two of the aforementioned red LED F3's.....all the plain ones began making horrible bearing noise within 8 months of use and one of the LED fans is now making similar replace-me bearing noises. (And all were run in upright, vertical position...never horizontally, the worst position to run sleeve bearing fans.)

While F3's are strong performers, their life span is terribly short, at least in my small 5 fan sample size. This is in contrast to the S-Flex fans on my radiator that were in place prior to the F3's going into use and are still running silently without a hint of any wear problems.....and the S-Flex's are being run horizontally.

Enermax "Cluster" max of what... 54 CFM PWM adjustable. Not to mention their beautiful imo. How high a "higher" CFM level w/ LEDs are you looking for?

I have those for my front and rear case fans for my Cosmos S case. They are very quiet for the cfm/rpm levels. They are also red not pink looking.
