Like I always said, I've been holding off doing any benching particularly since I broke 10k with my Rad until I finally got watercooling installed...

Well I've finally done it (and u can read about it here (http://www.over-clock.co.uk/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?;act=ST;f=6;t=47) ) and all is looking good...

Will get some benching done at the weekend hopefully, so maybe I'll get up to 11k yet...

well, finally got my voltmods re-done tonight and at last have joined the 2ghz club at 37 deg idle, 200x10, 1.98 vcore.

Having probs tho now as my Radeon appears to have become unhappy with 200FSB, altho it has run perfectly on it for months and the radeon cooling is unchanged (yes, there's still 1 delta in there!)

SO, have had to drop BACK down to 1.9ghz (190x10) until I resolve the prob with the rad8500... sods law, it's held out for ages and right when I need it....

Guess I'll concentrate on optimising mem bandwidth and cpu speed for now and get to the 3D Scores in a few days...

Why not run 190*10.5?

That's 1995mhz.

no point stressing the chip out too much at the mo until the rad8500 is sorted... once the entire system is fully functioning I'll crank it all up and slaughter some 3DMark scores....

Stressing it out??? :stick:

Thats not an overclockers way, it's your processor not your girlfriend. The only way it complains is to die, but it's not like you are pusing 3v's through it :p

Keep the chip on its toes and push it to the limits
