It's impossible to make up my mind to choose correctly when each site has it's own applying methods, doen't respect cure times, doesn't test in the same scenarios...etc.

It looks like the 0098, OCZ Freeze, Coolaboratory and IC7 diamond TIMs are the best ones over such famous ones like MX-2/TX-2 and AS5.

I was planning to use it on a i7-920 D0@4.00GHz and 1.28v with a Megahalems and a Scythe ultra Kaze @ 2000rpm. Any idea about which one could be the best in this scenario? I don't care about curing times as I will apply it and forget until about 6 months.

Many thanks.

I've been using the Diamond i7 for over a year.
It holds app 4-5C better than AS5, doesn't degrade over time and is just plain good IMO.
Is there better? Maybe but I'm very happy with this.

ive been using mx2/tx2 i have parts reaching 2 years with it and havnt been having were with as5 i had to reapply it every year or so, i had also tried the diamond based stuff but it scratches the writing off of the cpu and gave simmilar performance as the mx2/tx2

and the 30g tube of mx2 at petras has the best price

It seems the ocz freeze does very well in all of the testing. Can it be used on mosfets and memory like mx2?

the ocz is a silicon simmilar to caulking and is not electrically conductive or capacitive.
