OK.... is that what i honestly think that is?

Do you actually stick a pipe inside after you bent it to how you want and use it on blocks?

I believe so. I had to use a similar mechanism today for hooking up the fridge.
This is a pretty cool gift for those copper pipe guys..

Standard compression fitting for most fluids.
Been used in automotive for years and years.
Should be able to handle super high pressures well beyond
any computer based coolant pumps.

 Wow, this is right out of left field. Still, 1/2" OD piping should be good for around 3/8 ID, rent a tubing bender for some decent mandrel bends, and you could route your tubing any way you wanted.

i was looking at these the other day.... it woulda been nice if they did away with the knurled section and had thread straight onto the hex part of the barb, this woulda reduced the height a bit.

Great to see koolance coming out with some innovative new products for us tho

These are neat but they do cross into territory that could further confuse ppl about tubing sizes. For the 1/2" fittings, you would actually use 3/8" Type K soft copper line which is 1/2" O.D. x ~7/16" I.D..

well i was thinking of hard piping mosfets together, or even a full board setup with copper pipes.

Do they measure tubing like that in some sectors? When I worked automotive, both the steel and copper line we had were measured using their OD, and the fittings labelled accordingly.

Any home repair or plumbing shop will have it.

The special thing on these is I'm sure they are G1/4 threads. For copper pipe you need to use two wrenches, thus the spots for wrenches.
