noticed the fanamp can control only one fan at 10amps, but is it possible to jumper and make it control 3 fans and each fan is only .2amps so total .6amps???

10 amps? do you mean 2 amps? the fanamp can handle 25watts total so you can string up as many fans as you want as long as you don't go over that amount.

yes, but it will be much nicer looking just soldering the fans together and sleeving them. There are numerous threads about this in the forums...
