I was so angry that I could'nt get 2.5Ghz outta this beehutch and i was gonna throw in the towel. Even with a vmodded NF7, flashing evry bios, adjusting all the ram timings, playing with multi's and FSB's with no success. I saw a Duck's thread and how he got the 260 FSB but had to relax the timing to 7-4-4-2.5. I thought to myself to give that a shot and she booted to windows but upon going into desktop she bsod'ed  I said " c'mon beehutch, give it to me, you know you want to" and upped the vcore step by step. Finally she gave in and booted right up. I guess that was her way of saying" ok daddy, plz don't hurt me no more" Not happy with the fact i had to shove 2v down her stubborn gullet and relax the timings but

Here's the money-

Tanx sandman. Funny how this vmodded NF7 won't let my ram run pass 230. My nonmodded NF7-s does the same 230  Guess 230 is the magic number for the ram.

Nice job mate, what's 2V?
As long as temps are fine...no problem! ;)

Tanx Zeus :D I was trying to get the 2.5Ghz with less than 2v. I noticed the Z chips need 2v+ to get the 2.5Ghz. I have a Y chip on the way so hopefully I'll get more than 2.5 ;)

I can see them, and I'm in Canada.

For those who can't...

First one is a screenshot of MBM5 + CPU-Z...

230x11, CPU temp 25C, Vcore 2.02v

Second and third are sandra memory benches, 3353, and 3428.

:toast: Glad to hear you made it. i have an early step 2500+ that needed 2.2v @-25c to go 2560mhz. she's in my everyday rig doing
2210mhz on air @ 1.85v=+40c load now. i went back to my DLT3C's for now. ill wait for the 2800 & 3000 bartons to get down
to $100 before i go back.

nice oc, but yeah, that sucks voltage wise. my barton will do 194x12.5 at 1.8 volts but its not totally stable(likes to restart randomly), havent worked the bugs out of it yet, usually i run 194x11 with 1.75 volts.
