BP AIX48NSF & Asus P5E?

Has anyone used a BP AIX48NSF (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/biblfrai.html) on an Asus P5E? I just want to verify that it will fit. The AIX48NSF is listed as being compatible with the X38 MAXIMUS FORMULA and seeing as the P5E is essentially an MF I figure it will but it can't hurt to check before you blow $100. ;)
