bios memory setting

can someone tell me what is a better setting for the memory in the bios i have set it to 2.0T DDr/ 2T sdr
the other setting is 2.5T DDR / 3T SDR. i just wanted to know what is the faster of the 2 settings. i am using an asus a7a 266 motherboard. thanks.

The best setting you should use is the one supported by your memory ;)
For information 2.5 (most used) is faster then 3 and 2 faster then 2.5.
1T ... as far as i know i never seen memory that support this speed.
This value set the speed at which the processor can respond to memory.
