"Usual" Turn Around Time

Just curious....what is the usual response or turn around time for an RMA? My RMA #UR2090733 arrived last Thursday. To cloud the issue I just did a general replacement request because it would not work with my M3A78-CM and 7750BE. However a tech at G. Skill's forum stated there might be a specific issue requireing the mem to be reflashed.
