Thermal Paste on Noctua nh-u12p

Hi everyone,
which thermal paste should I use for best overclocking results, the included one ore the arctic silver 5?

i like mx-2 but as5 is fine too. i prefer mx-2 over as5 tho.

I used to use AS5 when it was the paste to have, but I have since switched to MX-2. I did use the included Noctua paste when I bought my NH-U12P, a review I saw a while ago rated the Noctua paste quite highly, so no harm in trying that out first.

I like Innovative Coolings Diamond7 best overall second best would be MX2 but its too runny for my liking.

lol IC7 is a different story. good performance but i hear it has many drawbacks.
