Too my shock i have found with this new bios i have found my system was underclocked at 2.3ghz

I have now gone and overclocked and seems to run ok at the current time pic below...

My next question is why if its a 5200 2.6ghz its underclocked at what it is when in fact when i had the old bios on it it was running at 2.1 the biso had something called bios F4 on it and i have flashed the bios to F3a bios to get the overclocking features....

What other things do i need to take into hand. What are the max temps to look out for and do i need to increase the voltages or decrease them
