I'd really like a fancy new avatar...like some of you guys have like a little video clip....saw this one little clip

The 3 rd one from the left, move cursor over it and watch....says downloads under it...It's the one from the bomb bay door point of view....cool. In an avatar window, it'd look soooo cool.
How could I do it/??????? :D
