retrieving screenshots on PS3

So I d/l WipeOut HD...played it...did some screen capture.
How do I copy d/l those screenshots and upload them to imageshack?

UPDATE duh!!! USB flash drive....select picture>copy>PS3 will ask: do you want USB Flash drive as destination? click Yes....something like that

Wipeout HD can only be bought on the playstation network ;) £11.99 when i bought it, frickin bargain, it's not some cut down game it's full wipeout with single and online modes to boot.

I wish it had more tracks but most wipeout games are like this, quality over quantity. I think some of the tracks on HD are actually from psp games like Pure, as is some of the music, but they look outstanding in 1080p.
