Hey there, I'm finally finishing piecing together my WCing and have decided that instead of doing the CPU and Video card on 1 loop i'd do 2 seperate loops to save time and money.

I did a quick search but couldnt find anything really solid, but is the MCP650 pump an alright pump to do a full cover 4870x2 waterblock? also would a 2x120 MCR radiator be okay for the build? I'm a little bit weary of adding the CPU in for some reason, and the 4870x2 is by far the loudest part of my build. Just wanted some quick insight.

I've already got the MCR650 (got it for $25 new) and 1/2" hose, with a res.

You will get a nice temp/noise reduction with that setup, I too was impressed with the noise from a stock 4870X2 cooler.

Think it'd be a bad Idea to toss the CPU into that mix with the pump? I could add a 3x120 rad if needed

With a 3x120 rad and a low restriction cpu block that will be fine.
