How are people mounting their pa120.3's in the bottom of the TJ-07?

Hammond Project Box:

Screw mounted to the chassis, double sided tape to the radiator.

Rads are resting on two layers of AcoustiPack foam/rubber on the bottom of the case and held at the top by a few pieces of folded Tygon tubing.

This holds the rads properly - even if you turn the case upside down and shake it.

But the real reason I went for this is that it prevents any vibrations being transfered to the case from the fans on the rad. (No drilling/modding required was just a bonus.)

Grinch, poke through this topic (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=174968) and see if anyone else besides AndyM posted a work log.

I used Velcro for mine. Not that it really matters...it can't move very much anyway considering the amount of space it takes up. Velcro secures it very well even for transport.

This is how I mounted my PA123.0 in the base of my TJ07

I decided to raise the PA120.3 up because I wanted the fans to show fully through the mess. So I used rubber spacers.

I also drilled three sets of holes in the case base so I can move the rad right or left of centre.

The reason for this is because I needed to work out the best way to get the two D5 pumps down there, and the rad might need to go to one side to make room.

Wow!
 for being Xtreme :)

I'd never dare to start drilling my radiator. Especially not if I had a TC, being expensive and all.
