View Full Version : GF2 MX400 + Old Socket 7 Cooler
Well I thoguht Id test how strong Arctic Alumina is on an old card before slapping it all over my Ti4200
BTW, the SB cooling in the pic is AS3, Old RivaTNT2 Heatsink and a 40mm fan, works a treat!

Yea, it hold like crazy.
Especially on Nvidia chips with thier heatspreader thing.
Actually, the GF2MX 400 has the awful plastic coating nVidia cover so many of their chipets (NBs) with. It looks like a SB but with GF2 MX written on it ;)

I got that crap holding the grill together on my car, I had some left over from a video card :D . I got pictures I took on my cell phone but I can't log onto sprints website right now.
Now with ThermalTake Copper Memory Heatsinks and a Aluminium ThermalTake Heatsink (chopped up) for the MOSFET.
haha nice, crank that baby up and see what she does in 3d2k1se ;)

Ha! Reminds me of mine...
Your core cooling is a bit bigger, but I've got a 92mm fan right beside mine, along with the fan on the heatsink. I'll bet your's still preforms better though :P
What kind of # do you get with it though?
