I'm getting sisoft memory benchmarks of around 2300 with Corsair XMS2700 on an Epox 8K3A+.

Is there anything out there to tweak the memory and get better results?

Did you enable fast cpu decode?

Fast cpu decode? Not unless is was automatically done with the Turbo memory or performance default settings....

I'm currently running my 1ghz t-bird at 9x166=1.5ghz

Bios update, unless of course you're using the newest. If you need the newest email me @ zack@maximumoc.com and I'll send you it.

well @ 166Mhz the MAX you can get is around 26xxMB's in sandra,,,now that all depends on your ram timings...what are your timings set in the bios? not the Mhz Speed, the actual timings?

8K3A2812 (http://home.attbi.com/~spqqky69/8k3a2812.zip)

Latest beta BIOS release from EPoX Tech from AOAForums. This is what 8K3A/+ owners have been waiting for!

I don't own that board yet, and don't know what about that beta BIOS but AFAIK the BIOS that gives the best bandwidth is the 2312 BIOS, it can really up ur mem scores

The new beta BIOS is better than the 2312 if you go by sisoft, but not too much. It has fixed the video tearing for most when going 199MHz and over and it has improved agp performance by a tad. Most people are seeing 100-200 point increases in 3DMark2001se.
The Coolest, appreciate your input, but if you don't own the board then you really can't say and I don't think you should mislead people if you do not have the facts or proof.

I've installed 8K3A2812 but haven't noticed any difference.
