need some 120's or 80's real cheap, or maybe just quiet fans cheap in general. Thanks for any and all help.

Nice, quiet 120mm fans at a great price. Check out http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2304 - if you read the whole thread you will see that these fans can be easily modded to be variable speed - then use this link instead of the now broken one JBELL posts:

I found a good deal on 80mm fans at bestbyte.net. Its $5 shipping for basicly anything and everything so i got 8 fans for $20, 4 silent, and a whole bunch of other crap.
