Most nvidia based drivers are set with sidebanding off. However, if you beleive you have sidebanding enabled and want it off, you need to use a tweak program such as NVMax, Powerstrip, or Riva Tuner. Use the tweak proggy and just uncheck the box.

Well, It wont let me change it, theres nothing in my bios.. and my det drivers wont let me drop down the menu in RivaTuner to change it..

Sidebanding is enabled/disabled only through the driver, so you won't see anything in the BIOS.

Are you sure it's enabled by default? Have you checked with SANDRA or WCPUID?

Go to the power user tab in RivaTuner, look for the Detonator/Global directory and change the LockDangerSettings key to 0. Now you will be able to enable/disable sideband addressing in Rivatuner.

Sideband Addressing is an AGP feature which allows additional channels to transmit data between the video card and the rest of the system. In many cases, disabling of SBA allows for higher overclocks though it can increase performance.
