hi

is it better to send water from the rad (coolest part of loop) to the cpu
OR send water from the pump to the cpu (highest flow in the loop) ??

the only other consideration i can think of is that the second method will also involve less tubing than the first (for me)..

(-this water cooling attempt is taking me ages, but i guess it is better to be cautious and than fast and forget something)

Do whatever is easiest, we are talking insignificant temperature loss/gain here.
Anyway from Res -> Pump -> whatever suits you best.

From rad to CPU then to VGA ..res..pump...rad is how i loop mine.

Flow is identical in any part of loop.
Water temperature difference is ~1C on radiator and less than 0.5C on each waterblock.

thanks for the replies... considering there is not much difference i have chosen to go from pump to cpu, as it will involve less tubing and less bends :)

Go the route of shortest tubing. Also, if you use a res, make sure that is directly in front of the pump.

Meh, i'm slow.
