My system is overlcoked to 3.6 (1.28v) ,when i push the power button the red LED on the mobo starts and the fans are starting ,but after 2 seconds all the fans are stopping and the red LED turnnig off then after 1 second it starts normally (first beep ,then the screen with quantum force logo)
This happens to me every time i turn on the PC , red light and fans starting then they turning off then they start again and that time the PC starting normally
BTW when i disable the OC the pc is booting nicly
