MARS PCI-Ex16 (Blue one)

Hmm.

I have some few questions to ask.

First is, is it the same performance as the First PCI-Ex16 slot (red) if i'll change my Video card slot?

I tried and when i play a video game, it's choppy. Returned to it red slot and it's fine now.

What could be wrong?

the red slot i know is the full 16x pci lanes
but the blue is only 8 or 4 not to sure on that

so you will get better preformace having the graphic card in the red slot near the cpu

But it says on the manual it has 2 PCI-Ex16 lane, weird.

Ok. It's just i'm having problem cooling my NB that's why i asked.
