I'm think about getting the new Deep Impact DP-102 and putting two tornado's? Has anyone played with it yet? And what do you think it cooling fact would be on a XP 3200+? If you haven't seen it here is a site:

OMG!!!!! I'm not sure I would slap 2 tornados on there. The volume on my stereo doens't go up that high to drown out that kind of noise!

Tell ya what, I'll order one this weekend and put some stock 80mm and then 2 Smartfan IIs on it and post what I get. You do it with the tornados? What do you think? Awesome looking heatsink setup.

EDIT:
It comes in colors!!!!

Looks like it's pre order only though for the moment. :(

Still too choppy to understand what they mean. I knew I should have taken German in High School and not Spanish!
I wonder how they have the fans also, 2 on it or one on and one off??

2 on
---->[=]<-----

1 on 1 off
---->[=]----->

----> is air flow
[=] is the heatsink

??????

PS - I can only order a taco and a beer in spanish. :D

Looks interesting. :) I wonder how effect it would be compare to other HS's.

I would be worried to put this gigantic HS on top of my cpu though. :slobber:

I wonder if its bettar than the slk-900, its bigger... intriguing design also. Also would it fit into a normal case??

Do a google search on "AeroCool Deep Impact 102" and translate the third and fourth hits. It can't even beat a SLK-800.

One review does not a product make or break in my book.

I'll be doing my own review, if the damn thing would ever be available to buy!!!

Why do you say that. Do you have one? Did you test it?
If so what are your findings?

POS! (http://www.dirkvader.de/frame.php?site=http%3A%2F%2Fdirkvader.de%2Fpage%2F ac-dp102.html)

Sure, you can choose to not base it off one review, but if it were any good it would have caught on by now.

Also, the size of the HS alone is cumbersome at best.

Wouldn't you like to what would happen if the retention clips broke?:eek:

I disagree. It has NOT been available to PURCHASE to catch on.
There are 2 other heatsinks that are heavier one made by TT.

I have only seen reviews in German.

This is your basis? Pathetic :rolleyes:
