Well, I got the power to come on but then I got 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. I swapped hte video card and it booted up. While I was in bios the system froze. I went to boot up again and it froze during memory check. Now I just get endless long beeps.

long beep usually means..power supply...system board....loose card or a short or even keyboard problem depending on Bios....could also be ram not installed properly ie loose card type error.
Since it happened during memory check..I would start with reseating or moving ram.
The 1 long and 2 short was obviously video card.
